Discounts - and your free CD

Your free CD: every purchase from the store gets a free CD. Simple as. No codes, vouchers or gimmicks. Provided CDs are in stock, all purchases will have a giveaway CD added to the package.

 

Current free CD: new free CDs to be announced shortly. Your discount: as a way of saying 'thank you for your support', your second purchase entitles you to a £1 discount on any CD of your choice. Email info@ukgshop.com with the name of the CD you want, and you'll be sent a Paypal link less £1 off the advertised price - simple. Please send your £1 off request before you make your additional purchase.

It helps when you can actually hear the music you'd like to buy!  Click on the 'Listen To Preview Mix' link next to the music description to get a high-quality mix (up to 10 minutes) of a selection of tracks available on the CD.

Payment

UKG Shop.com uses PayPal on all transactions. Use your credit or debit card to securely purchase all products from the store. PayPal allows any business or consumer with an email address to securely, conveniently and cost-effectively send and receive payments online. More about PayPal 

Postage and Delivery

All CDs and DVDs from UKG Shop.com are delivered free to UK addresses, typically within 24 hours of purchase. To save on essential resources and needless printing (few of us actually read our delivery notes), your delivery note will not be printed, but emailed to you on request. If your ordered item is not in stock or on back order, we will email you to confirm this and inform you of an expected delivery date. Regardless of the fact that delivery notes are not printed, full transaction details are automatically emailed out to you immediately after purchase from PayPal. All packages are sent via Royal Mail, and proof of postage is kept for up to a month after postage of your package.

 

International delivery: UKG Shop.com ships globally. Products can be delivered to any address. European, USA and international orders - pay for your postage by choosing your tariff below.

Returns

In the three years that UKG Shop.com has been in existence, only one person has needed to return a CD - and even that was due to a manufacturers' defect. It rarely happens.

 

However, if you need to return an item or have a question on anything at all, full support, postal and contact details will be provided to you. It is strongly recommended that you obtain a free "Certificate of Posting" from the post office, as responsibility cannot be accepted for packages lost in transit.   For your peace of mind you might want to consider sending the package recorded delivery. All items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
